Education
- All posts require a Law Degree as a minimum.
- Experience varies by post:
- Deputy Registrar: 10 years (or 8 with Master’s)
- Assistant Registrar: 5 years (or 3 with Master’s)
- Examiner: 2 years in IP/legal matters
- A Ph.D. in Intellectual Property is desirable for Registrar posts, while a Master’s in Intellectual Property is desirable for Examiner.
