Education & GATE Requirement
Must possess B.E. / B.Tech or Master’s Degree in Science / Technical discipline in relevant subject.
Must have a valid GATE Score Card from GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 .
Disciplines accepted include: CS, IT, EC, DA, CE, ME, PH, CY, MA, ST, GG.
Salary
Pay Level 7 , with initial salary ₹99,000/- per month (including allowances)
Age Limit (As on 14/12/2025)
